Head Coach, Tara Johnson, CrossFit® Level 2 Trainer since 2013, specializing in General Physical Preparedness in the 10 primary domains of fitness; Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy, she excels in scaling and programming workouts that move you from the couch or a athletic hiatus to a high-functioning athlete with education, encouragement and gentle but firm direction. She focuses on quality of movements - making sure you learn to lift and move at a pace that makes permanent, positive changes.
Strength Coach, Jason Storey, CFL1 Trainer since 2014, specializes in Strong Man, Power Lifting and Sport Specific Training. He is the Director for Seymour Youth Football League, and collegiate athlete that knows how to get you from a plateau, to your mountain top.
